The architectural proposal draws on the particular qualities of this dual-aspect corner apartment, where large openings and a favourable orientation allow natural light to enter throughout the day. The main objective was to distribute this light evenly across the interior and reveal the textures, materials and spatial transitions through a contemporary composition with subtle ethnic references.

A defining intervention was the transformation of the typical 1990s layout. The removal of the walls separating the living room, kitchen and corridor, together with the introduction of transparent glazed partitions, created greater spatial continuity, a freer flow and stronger visual connections between the functions of the home.

Cement-based surfaces, natural wood, black metal details and visually suspended furniture create a calm, earthy atmosphere.
At the centre of the composition, the redesigned fireplace becomes a minimal geometric focal point, marking the new identity of the interior.
