DO VALUE - HEADQUARTER OFFICE BUILDING
Complete architectural design study for the transformation of office spaces within the DoValue headquarters building.
In collaboration with Maria Kaltsa Architectural Office, Athens, 2022.
Workplace Environment Redesign
The project concerns the design of a contemporary workplace environment, with a focus on functional organisation, spatial quality and the coherence of the corporate identity.
The programme includes open work areas, executive offices, meeting rooms, lounge areas and short-term collaboration points. Glass partitions ensure the continuity of natural light and visual connection between zones, while privacy films with wave-like linear graphics manage privacy without disrupting the sense of openness.
Lighting operates as an organisational design element. Linear lighting axes define direction and rhythm within the space, while natural light from the façades contributes to a bright and comfortable working environment.
CMF - Materiality & Finishes
The material selection creates a coherent composition, with emphasis on surface quality and chromatic restraint.
Anodised aluminium with a light brushed finish, glass with privacy film, light oak wood surfaces and fabric acoustic panels in steel blue and warm grey define a calm, professional material language. The carpet alternates between two tones, subtly defining spatial zones without physical separation.
The palette is based on off-white and warm grey, with blue accents appearing in controlled areas as a reference to the corporate identity.
The result is a functional, contemporary and restrained headquarters environment, where daily work, collaboration and corporate presence are supported through clear architectural organisation and carefully selected materials.
